NEW YEARS WALKS

As we head into winter, plan a warming walk around the the New Year.

As well as being able to explore the magical landscape, you will get the chance to wander through the fairy-lit Christmas caverns that Santa called his home during December, before our Elves pack everything away for the year.

Please note Santa, his elves and their presents will NOT be in residence, just his beautiful decorated grotto. We are only open December 31st and January 1st.

Important Information:

• Entrance available with specific dated tickets purchased in advance through our website and will be checked on arrival.
• Tickets are non-transferable or refundable for any reason for this event unless the Park is closed for unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure you check your booking details before making payment. If you make a mistake with your order, please contact us in writing within 24 hours.
• You can arrive anytime on the date of your ticket between 10:00am and 1:30pm. Park closes at 4pm.
• This is a ticketed event and not included in Annual Pass membership.
• The Park contains a lot of steps and uneven ground therefore is unsuitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs. For full details please see our Accessibility Statement. Sturdy footwear and appropriate outdoor clothing must be worn.
• Please check the weather before setting out and dress appropriately.
• The Tearoom will be available for hot drinks, warm paninis and a variety of tray bakes. You are welcome to bring a picnic with you to enjoy on the grounds. We encourage visitors to bring their own reusable cups and flasks to reduce the use of disposables.
• Torches are required. If you forget yours, you can purchase one from the gift shop.
